4. Orders, Pricing, and Payment
4.1. Any quotation, price list, or product listing on the Site is indicative and subject to confirmation by Swarna Medicals. Final pricing, discounts, payment terms, and credit limits will be as agreed in writing (email, purchase order, pro forma, or invoice).
4.2. All orders are subject to acceptance by Swarna Medicals. The company may accept or reject any order at its sole discretion.
4.3. Applicable taxes, levies, and statutory charges (including GST) will be charged in accordance with prevailing laws.
4.4. Payment terms (advance, credit, or part-payment) will be as mutually agreed. In case of delayed payments, Swarna Medicals may levy interest or suspend further supplies until dues are cleared.
5. Delivery, Risk, and Title
5.1. Delivery timelines indicated, if any, are estimates and not guaranteed unless specifically committed in writing.
5.2. Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery at the agreed delivery point or upon handover to the customer’s nominated transporter.
5.3. Ownership of the goods remains with Swarna Medicals until full and final payment of all invoices relating to those goods is received.
6. Product Information and Availability
6.1. Product descriptions, images, and specifications on the Site are provided for convenience and may vary from the actual products, packaging, or batches supplied.
6.2. All products are subject to availability. Swarna Medicals reserves the right to discontinue or substitute products or pack sizes without prior notice.
7. Returns, Shortages, and Damages
7.1. Any discrepancy in quantity, product, or condition must be reported within a reasonable period (for example, 24–48 hours) of delivery along with supporting details (invoice number, batch, photos, etc.).
7.2. Acceptance of returns or replacement is at the sole discretion of Swarna Medicals and subject to company policy, product type, expiry status, and storage conditions.
7.3. Products that are temperature-sensitive, near expiry, or customized (such as custom hygiene kits) may not be eligible for return, except as required by law.
8. Use of Website and Prohibited Activities
8.1. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of Swarna Medicals or any third party.
8.2. You shall not:
